So the man said he was calling to see if I was interested in going to school, That he was an "Educational Advisor" so basically a telemarketer for the plethora of colleges that have popped up everywhere. mystery solved!

Mark as Useful I answered call, but the person hung up. I called back and they hung up again. Location: Goleta, CA. I will do a reverse call look-up and may post what I find or dispute it with the Do Not Call list.
